§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAAs my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister stated in his speech at Leeds on the 23rd January, the monetary and financial situation is not at present one which affords a prospect of successfully carrying further the work of the Conference, but His Majesty's Government will continue to watch the position carefully.
