HC Deb 28 February 1934 vol 286 c1107
Mr. HANNON

On a point of Order. Before the hon. Member for East Wolverhampton (Mr. Mander) presents his Bill, may I ask if it is in order for him to do so in this way, in view of the fact that the House had a very full discussion last Friday on a Bill dealing with joint industrial councils, and that that Bill was defeated by a vote of this House? Is it in order to introduce a similar Bill by Notice of Presentation?

Mr. SPEAKER

I am informed that this is an entirely different Bill from the other.
