§ Mr. RUNCIMANYes, Sir. The Netherlands authorities have recently 489 announced reductions in the import quotas applicable to various classes of goods, and the matter is receiving active consideration.

§ Mr. RUNCIMANThat is a matter of opinion. I hope so.
