Mr. M. MacDONALDYes, Sir. The recommendation that the planting of arrowroot should be restricted and that factory production should be limited on a quota basis is at present under consideration by the St. Vincent Arrowroot Association and the Colonial Government concerned.
§ Mr. HANNONWill the Colonial Office give every possible assistance to this Island in the development of arrowroot, as this is the only source of arrowroot in the world?
