§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for SCOTLAND (Mr. Skelton)My right hon. Friend does not at present propose 156 to introduce legislation dealing with offences against children and young persons, particularly as a number of points relating to the subject were dealt with in the Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act, 1932. My right hon. Friend will, however, be glad to discuss with the hon. Member any special points which he has in mind.
