§ Mr. ELLIOTThe draft scheme for regulating the marketing of sugar has been published by the General Committee of the Sugar Industry, who are the promoters of the scheme, and copies, price 1s. each are obtainable from the Secretary of the Committee at Inveresk House, Strand, W.C.2. I regret that there are no funds at my disposal which could be used to defray the cost of supplying each Member of the House with a copy.
