Mr. CHAMBERLAINThe total amount of State assistance given to the beet-sugar industry in subsidy and revenue abatement, from 1924 up to the present date, is £39,631,000.
§ Mr. LEONARDIn view of the fact that there is a draft scheme proposing to give further protection to this industry, will the right hon. Gentleman undertake to see that a copy of it is submitted to every Member of this House?
