Mr. MANDERasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will consider the advisability of proposing to the Council of the League of Nations, in connection with the Austro-German dispute, that a frontier commission should be constituted for the purpose of keeping a check on illegal movements across the frontier and for supplying information to the League on the local situation?
§ Sir J. SIMONIf the Council of the League of Nations is called upon to consider this matter, my hon. Friend's suggestion will be borne in mind.
