§ Mr. RUNCIMANThe proposals which I have received for the formation of a textile dyers' federation have been submitted to the various sections of the 1313 textile trades which are likely to be affected by them and replies have been received from some but not all of the interests consulted. I am not at present in a position to make any statement as to the possibility of legislation in connection with these proposals.
