Mr. WESTIs the right hon. Gentleman aware of the increasing hardship to hundreds of men owing to the increasing proportion of drivers to cabs; and is he also aware that hundreds, if not thousands, of these men are now having to work 12 hours a day and more for less than £3 a week?
