Mr. POTTERasked the Minister of Health whether having regard to the Silver Jubilee celebrations of His Majesty in May next and to the special circumstances thereof, he will be prepared to allow reasonable expenditure to those towns and cities coming within his jurisdiction desirous of holding their own local celebrations?
