§ Mr. ELLIOTHaving regard to the variety of uses to which flour is put and to the varying proportion which the cost of flour bears to the cost of the finished article, it is not practicable to determine the total cost to the ultimate consumer. The total sum collected up to 13th December, 1934, by way of quota payments from millers and importers of flour under the provisions of the Wheat Act, 1932, and orders thereunder is as follows:
