§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the TREASURY (Mr. Duff Cooper)In terms of value, the machinery delivered for home consumption duty free under licence issued under Section 10 of the Finance Act, 1932, during the first nine months of this year represented approximately 20 per cent. of the total imports of machinery, excluding machinery delivered duty free under Preference, conditions.
