Sir H. YOUNGThe reply to the first part of the question is in the negative. As regards the second part, if, as I assume, the hon. Member is referring to the issue of an Order confirming an Order for the clearance of a slum area, I may state that several Orders of this kind made by the Corporation of Liverpool are receiving my consideration and I shall be in a position to give a decision upon them in the near future.
