§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERI have seen a statement in the Press to the effect that certain arrangements have been made in Palestine to enable telegrams to be sent in Hebrew characters, but I have no official confirmation of this. I will let the hon. Member have any details I receive with regard to this.
