§ Captain MARGESSONI have been asked to reply. No such report has yet been presented to my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Colonies by the High Commissioner. He understands that a committee appointed by the late High Commissioner to examine the labour legislation of Palestine has recently reported, and that the report covers the question of health insurance. When my right hon. Friend has the High Commissioner's recommendations on the committee's report he will consider the hon. Member's request that a copy of the report should be placed in the Library.
