§ Sir K. WOODApproximately 10,000 of the full-time industrial employés of the Post Office are in receipt of wages not exceeding £3 a week. Of this number about 1,000 are below the age of 21 years. Part-time workers are not employed in the industrial establishments of the Post Office.
