§ The PRIME MINISTERI would refer my hon. Friend to the answer given by the First Lord of the Admiralty to a question on the 6th December, 1933, and to the White Paper (Cmd. 4523) explanatory of the Naval Estimates, 1934. I can add nothing to these statements, which appear to answer my hon. Friend's question.
