Friend, the Minister of Transport, on this subject by local authorities in Wiltshire, but he would, of course, be willing to give consideration to any proposals they may put forward. I am sending a copy of my hon. Friend's question to the County Council. I would also draw his attention to the various provisions of the Road Traffic Bill now before Parliament.
