SIMONThe State Department of the United States announced on the 29th January last that it was proposed to take advantage of the privilege of 943 voluntary registration accorded, in a memorandum approved by the Council of the League on the 19th May, 1920, to countries which are not members of the League of Nations. Up to the end of February no treaties had been registered by the United States. The list of treaties registered with the League of Nations for the month of March has not yet been received.
