HC Deb 30 November 1933 vol 283 c1037
27. Mr. ROBINSON

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Education whether his attention has been drawn to the three years plan for raising the school age to 15 years approved by the Lancashire Education Committee; and whether, with a view to encouraging the general raising of the school-leaving age, he will bring this plan to the notice of other education authorities?

Mr. RAMSBOTHAM

My noble Friend's attention has been drawn to the plan suggested by the Lancashire Education Committee. He does not consider that any action on his part is necessary to bring it to the notice of other education authorities.
