BROWNThe committee cannot undertake the preparation of its report until it has completed the necessary inquiries, which, I understand, are likely to occupy at least another six or seven months. I have already explained, in reply to previous questions, that this is a highly technical and complex problem to which adequate time must be given for effective examination.
