asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he can state the acreage under cultivation for onions in the United Kingdom and in Bedfordshire, respectively, in the past season, and the corresponding figures for the past five years?

As the answer is in the form of a statistical table, I will, if I may, circulate it in the OFFICIAL REPORT.

and implements to unemployed and partly employed persons cultivating allotments. Moreover, if any case is brought to my notice by the society of difficulty in regard to the provision of land by local authorities for allotments for the unemployed, I am prepared to consider with them how the difficulty can be overcome.
