Miss WARDasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that the absence of Regulations dealing with the extension of the period for the payment of arrears under the National Health Insurance Act, 1932, until 31st March, 1934, is 514 causing hardship; and will he make such Regulations as soon as possible?
