§ Sir K. WOODDuring the calendar year 1932 there was an estimated loss on the South American air service of £2,700, and during the same period there was a margin of profit of about £1,400 on the air service to South Africa. A recent reduction of the air fees to South Africa by 2d. a oz. has, however, reduced the margin of profit on this service to negligible proportions.
