WILLIAMSasked the Minister of Health if he will state what reports he has received from public medical officers and other medical authorities as to the extent of the physical, mental, and moral deterioration of children and adolescents occasioned by five years' up to ten years' residence in the slums, or during the period allotted by the slum-clearance programmes for completion?
