HC Deb 16 November 1933 vol 281 cc1093-4
88. Mr. DORAN

asked the Minister of Transport if he will introduce legislation restricting the use of horse-drawn vehicles in the main London and provincial thoroughfares?

The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of TRANSPORT (Lieut.-Colonel Headlam)

Powers already exist for the restriction where necessary of the use of any class of vehicular traffic upon particular roads whether in London or elsewhere.
