§ Mr. EDENMy hon. Friend's question raises a number of points on some of which further information has just reached the Foreign Office. There has not yet been time to examine this information, and I should, therefore, be grateful if my hon. Friend would repeat his question next week when I shall be in a position to give him a reply.
