§ Captain CUNNINGHAM-REIDWill my hon. Friend consider the taking of steps to eliminate the broadcasting of contentious explanatory matter on foreign affairs, in view of the fact that a number of foreign countries regard the British Broadcasting Corporation as a semi-official body?
