§ 75. Mr. BRIANTasked the Home Secretary if he has any information as to the number of children employed in film studios, and if he will take steps to regulate the conditions of their employment?
§ Sir J. GILMOURI have no information as to the number of children employed in film studios, but inquiry is being made and I will communicate with the hon. Member in due course. The employment of children, whether in film studios or elsewhere, is already regulated by the Children and Young Persons Act, 1933, Part 2.
