§ Mr. RUNCIMANMy attention has been drawn to the difficulties which have arisen in the sale of sand, ballast and similar materials, and I am aware that there is a demand for legislation to legalise the cubic yard as a standard of measure for these materials. I am considering what steps should be taken.
