asked the President of the Board of Trade the value per head of population of the domestic exports of manufactured goods in the year 1932 from the United Kingdom to the United States of America, France, and Germany?

The value of the domestic exports of articles classed in the trade returns as wholly or mainly manufactured consigned from the United Kingdom to the United States of America during 1932 was 1s. 11d. per head of the population of that country. The corresponding figure for France was 4s. 1d. and for Germany 2s. 5d.
