I beg to move, in page 1, line 22, at the end, to insert the words: being birds of a British species, and for the purposes of this Act a species shall be deemed to he British if, and only if, it is a species resident in or visiting Great Britain in a wild state. This Amendment and the following ones are purely drafting Amendments, to clarify the wording of the Bill. and have been settled with the Home Office.
