§ The POSTMASTER- GENERAL (Sir Kingsley Wood)Facilities suitable for this purpose are provided by the Post Office Savings Bank. A stamp savings book can be obtained at a post office, and 6d. savings stamps can be purchased and affixed in the book. When 20 of these stamps have been accumulated they can be cashed at a post office and the sum of 10s. can be used for the purchase of a wireless licence.
