§ The FIRST COMMISSIONER of WORKS (Mr. Ormsby-Gore)The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative; and to the latter part in the negative. I have now given definite instructions that none but skins of Empire origin will in future be used for upholstery in the Houses of Parliament.
