§ Mr. ELLIOTIn view of the magnitude of their task, and of the experience which we are all desirous they should gain from observation of the marketing schemes now coming into operation, I do not anticipate that the report of the Commission will be available until early in the New Year. I should, however, like to acknowledge the valuable advice which I have already received from them from time to time on points on which they have been consulted.
