asked the Home Secretary whether he has any further statement to make with regard to the case of Flying-Officer Fitzpatrick?

Sir J. GILMOUR

No, Sir: I regard the case as having been closed very satisfactorily by the report made to me by the Commissioner of Police and the full publication through the Press which was made last August.

Brigadier-General SPEARS

Is the Home Secretary aware that the report of the Commissioner of Police has given general satisfaction to the public, and complete satisfaction to the persons most closely coneerned in the case?
