HC Deb 07 November 1933 vol 281 c21
32. Mr. H. WILLIAMS

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he has any statement to make with regard to the situation in Manchukuo?

Sir J. SIMON

Apart from the discussions between the Soviet-Russian and Manchurian authorities regarding the Chinese Eastern Railway, which, I understand, are continuing, I am not aware of any particularly important recent developments in Manchuria which would call for a statement in answer to my hon. Friend's question.
