§ Sir S. HOAREMr. Mukundalal Sircar was convicted by the Third Presidency magistrate, Madras, under Section 117 1525 read with Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code. I am sending a copy of the magistrate's judgment to the hon. Member. I have no information about the appeal.
