§ Major ELLIOTThese glasshouses are open to the public every day from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., and on Tuesdays and Fridays, which are students' days, also from 10 a.m. to 11.45 a.m. I regret I cannot see my way to adopt my hon. Friend's suggestion, having regard to the time occupied in cultural operations, rearrangement of plants, and other necessary work in the glasshouses.
