§ Major ELLIOTThe delay has arisen mainly in connection with the question of the inclusion of the County Borough of Grimsby within the proposed catchment area, on which matter the views of the county borough have only recently become available to the Lindsey County Council. The question is, to-day, being further discussed at a meeting between officers of the Ministry and of the County Council.
