§ Mr. MANDERIs the hon. Gentleman aware that in many cases these regulations are not being carried out by subcontractors, and will he investigate them?
Mr. HUDSONThe matter is primarily one for the contracting Departments of the Government, but, if my hon. Friend will bring any particular cases to may notice, I shall be glad to pass them on to the competent authority, to have them looked into.
