§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the BOARD of TRADE (Dr. Burgin)The number of licences issued under Section 7 of the Ottawa Agreements Act, 1932, is 17. Save in exceptional circumstances the issue of licences has been confined to importers who imported meat during the basic year referred to in the Ottawa Agreements.
