§ Mr. RAMSBOTHAMThe Board welcome experiments in this direction, but the actual provision of facilities for interchange of visits by students rests with the authorities of the institutions concerned.
§ Sir W. SUGDENIf the organised trade unionists and the masters' federation are prepared to come with a scheme to the hon. Gentleman, will he give it his support and will he make arrangements for other countries to assist him?
§ Mr. RAMSBOTHAMThe Board are always glad to welcome such visits, which are very fruitful, but the initiative for arranging them must lie with the institutions themselves.
