§ The LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. Craigie Aitchison)The operation of a totalisator has not yet been declared by the Scottish courts to be illegal. It is not the ease that totalisators at other dog racecourses in Scotland have been stopped.
§ Mr. WILLIAMSIs there likely to be any further delay? Has any appeal been lodged?
§ The LORD ADVOCATEThere has been no delay of any kind. The case was down for hearing on 27th March, and was continued until 17th May to allow a minute of admissions to be adjusted upon which the question can be decided.
