§ Sir I. MACPHERSONIs not the right hon. Gentleman aware that for three years English farmers have had the advantage of their Act, and will he take steps to see that this farce in regard to Scotland is ended?
§ Sir G. COLLINSI am afraid that I have no power to take further action in this matter. Progress must rest entirely with the corporation.
