§ Mr. HORE-BELISHAThe total saving from the new regulations regarding first-class travel for members of the four Crown Services is estimated at approximately £55,000 in a full year. Of this amount about£43,000 is attributable to the Civil Service and about £12,000 to the Navy, the Army and the Air Force.
