§ Sir J. GILMOURThis case, like all others at Broadmoor, is reviewed from time to time, and it is only a few days since I called for and considered a, special report on it. I regret, however, that in view of all the circumstances I should not feel justified in authorising Mrs. Stathers' discharge.
