§ Mr. RUNCIMANI would refer the hon. Member to the replies given to the hon. Member for Chorley (Mr. Hacking) on the 19th December, 1932, and to the hon. Member for Swansea, West (Mr. L. Jones) on the 2nd June, 1932, of which I am sending him copies. He will find that during the period from November, 1931, to October, 1932, 218 undertakings were established in this country by, or with the assistance of foreign concerns and that there were French interests in IS of these undertakings.
