§ Mr. SHAKESPEAREMy right hon. Friend has received representations in favour of extending the period between revaluations for rating purposes from 227 local authorities. In reply to the second part of the question, I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply given on 9th February to my hon. and gallant Friend, the Member for Chelmsford (Sir V. Henderson).
